I’m looking for a developer to upgrade an ecommerce shop OpenCart 1.5.5.1 to the latest version. It does have some custom code in it: VAT exemption for customers on checkout if checkbox checked (has to be manually confirmed by admin) and a dealer login which allows for different product prices for dealers. Customers can be upgraded to dealers (if allowed by admin) and see the dealer prices. See attached images.
