Transfer 4 live Magento websites

General information for the website: 4 live sites running version 1.7.0.2
Description of requirements/features: We need to transfer 4 live magento sites, complete with data, plugins, modified code and custom design, to a new server.

This will need to be done outside of business hours, so as to ensure minimal disruption to the ongoing business of the sites.

The sites are currently hosted on agency server and will be transferred to our own managed Linux server. Experience of SSH, PHPMyadmin, Plesk 10 and cPanel essential.

It will include testing each site as it goes live to ensure it has transferred correctly.

Please outline your approach as to how you will meet these requirements upon applying for this task in order to be considered.
