To sort out the duplication of text issue on my website

This issue is on the Home Page, at the bottom of my site: https://duvethog.co.uk
There currently isn't any copy in the area at all as I removed it.
I can't get hold of the previous developer who did this work.

When the copy is inserted into Shopify into the Newsletter part of my template in Shopify - it duplicates.
It is an issue that has been left behind by the last developer, who changed the embedded codes from Omnisend email codes to Klaviyo.
Please could you fix the duplication.
NB All the writing should appear under the image of the lady, ie the lower option.
With the 'Don't worry message appearing immediately under the email sign up form'.
