Someone who can help make a custom payment gateway for Magento 2

I have a plugin made in Woocommerce for a custom payment gateway. The payment gateway does not take payment, all it does is show a and tag on product page and checkout page. When the user clicks on checkout and pay it will redirect to our third party link.

I need the same plugin but made for Magento 2. So I need someone who can build and test for Magento 2.3 and 2.4. Timescale is kind of short, need it done by week 3 of May. You need to ensure code is clean and properly annotated. If you can do other ecommerce platforms that will be a bonus as they may be required in future.

I need someone who can talk and discuss with me, and also provide ongoing support in future.
