Social Commerce website

I require an e-commerce to be designed and developed. I intend to use it as a virtual market, where suppliers can register and create their own small store front while there products get listed on the main website database.

I will need email notification send to suppliers when their items are sold.
The 2nd main spec I need is a simple commission structure set-up where I can change the amount of commission charged on each sale.

It would be similar to the old foodzie.com website and a down scale of etsy.com
