Small module/desktop software for Prestashop

General information for the website: Dropship site
Description of requirements/features: To make or supply a simple module or desktop software (ms access etc) to allow me to do following:
Allow me to upload a large .csv file with all details included (Products, categories, prices, quantity)
Allow me to select what to add modify
Allow for image import from URL with option to not import if image exists
Allow me to apply price rule to price ranges in %

The to also do one of following:
allow to integrate to Amazon/Ebay and upload my shop to them
or
Allow me to export my shop details in .csv format for both Amazon/Ebay
I am really not fussed on which of these is done
Extra notes: I have seen many modules available but none do all that i require and offer too many features each at a high cost, so would need to buy 3/4 modules at few hundred £'s each.

I need this module to be as simple as listed above, it does not have to look fancy or anything, it is for practical use.
