First we'll want to completely delete MageMonkey from your Magento account - https://ebizmarts.com/forums/topics/view/19381
Then we'll want to install the MailChimp for Magento integration - Connect or Disconnect MailChimp for Magento: http://eepurl.com/b6uSQ1
After uninstalling MageMonkey would be
Installing and connecting Magento to your account
You will need to wait for the information to populate throughout the account and then you should be good to go.
I would delete the troublesome list completely - Delete a List: http://eepurl.com/cC7zSv - once you save a backup of it
