I am developer myself and have a small team one of my developer is developing a shopify app which provides custom shipping rates fetched from an API.

Those rates are based on from address, to address and weight and dimensions of the product they purchased

rates should come like this

1. FedEx $30
2. UPS $35

something like this,

My developer is a bit stuck can you help him to sort out the issue.

All work will be done by him, you will just need to guide him and help him to sort the issue.
