Shopify App Development/Coding - Share for Express Free Shipping

We run an ecommerce site https://vapeandjuice.co.uk

One of our special features is that we offer free shipping. Recently we have begun offering next day free shipping like Prime. But we want our customers to shout about it in order for them to get next day free shipping immediately added to their basket.

This may require an app or just simply code and if its an app it would be great to be able to make this available to other shopify users.

At the moment there are apps where you can share at basket for a free code or similar, but what they ask the customer to share is ugly or not going to attract the right response.

We would like the user to be asked at their basket if they want to share our banner image via facebook. If they do, then they will have in their basket the auto code added for free next day delivery.

We would produce an image banner that is suitable for desktop or mobile or is optimised for both. So when they share, they share what we want them to share. A banner with the embedded url link.

It needs to be seemless, and ideally not a pop up but we are open to a pop up if the actual tab cannot be coded into the checkout or basket page.
