Seeking an expert to implement personalised options on Shopify.

We are looking for an expert to implement personalised options on our previously created Shopify checkout page. We need the following customisation features to be added:

1. Indicate whether the package is for yourself or a gift.

Must be a drop down menu with two options "The package is for myself" and "The package is for someone else"

2. If it's a gift, include the recipient's name and any personalised message you'd like to add.

Must be a long text answer - maximum 100 words.

3. Provide destination specifics, such as country, city, or region. You can be as detailed or broad as you prefer. Note that we can accommodate only one location per package.

Must be a short text answer - Maximum 30 words

4. Share up to three interests or hobbies to tailor the travel plan. Examples include “Food Enthusiast,” “Beach Lover,” “Animal Fan,” “Adventurer,” “History Buff,” or “Outdoor Enthusiast.” If no preferences are given, a general package will be prepared.

Must be a long text answer - Maximum 100 words

5. Shipping Address: Provide the address where you’d like the package to be sent.
