Review of a website (not my own)

I am going for an interview with an e-commerce company (a food product) for a marketing job and I need to give a presentation with suggestions for improvement to their website, how it ranks for SEO, and how it compares to their key competitors as well as giving examples of great e-commerce brands that are doing great things that they might learn from. I need to give lots of ideas and positive suggestions for both improvements to their website and how to improve their acquisition and retention marketing strategies with the ultimate aim of converting online. Can you help?
