Remove links from cart summary drop down

I run the website thewanderingwaiter.com

When I add multiple products to my cart. A summary drop down of these products appears on the top right hand side of the screen (see screenshot). When you click on each product the link takes you to a product page. I do not use the product pages. So i would like to remove the links so that customers cannot go to these product pages.

If you add the product called "XZC" to your cart for £10 and select medium size and click add to cart. Then in the top right hand corner is a shopping trolley that symbolizes the cart. if you click on the product "XZC" it will take you to the product page. it is these links that i want to remove.
