Re-style a Magento theme

I have a Magento 1.6.2 site and have installed the em0006 theme. I have designed a variation on this theme and would like these changes implemented.
The layout is exactly the same. The only changes are colours (background colours and text, maybe some hover changes). All content and static blocks will be managed by me - it's merely the stylesheet changes that I require, plus the insertion of the logo which I'll supply.

Please see the attached files to illustrate the existing site and the re-design. I have a layered psd file of the re-design so the elements should pretty much be in there to use (the theme uses bg images - repeat-x in the stylesheet). Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
