Category: Text box for the lowest level categories with autocomplete functionality. Placeholder = “Tratamiento”. Categories to be listed are those which are not the parent of another: ps_category_lang-name where id_category is not equal to any ps_category-id_parent. This input is mandatory.
Date: Date box with datepicker functionality. Placeholder = “Fecha”. Available dates only from current day on. Format DD/MM/YYYY. This input is optional.

Output
From the input values an URL with the following structure will be called:
https://PS_SHOP_DOMAIN_SSL/(ps_category-id_category)-(ps_category_lang-name)#/fecha-DD_MM_YYYY
