PrestaShop development

Hi, I'm looking for a developer which can help with the tasks below:

1. Facebook Pixel currently does not count any events, only PageView, and previously it counted baskets and purchases triple.

2. Reviews module, automatization not working, attachment 1,

3. Front end, Shopping Cart pop up, showing only after adding the first product to the cart, not after each one.

4. Front end, Contact form stopped working, its not sending email.

5. Front end, Reviews module, Store Reviews hide from the page.

Please provide reasonable price and time frame for its project and when you can start as we need this asap.
