Prestashop Customization

I need a customization on on my prestashop store.
The shop is already online.

This is what I have to do:

Once the products have been added to the cart the customer finds 2 buttons:
- Proceed to checkout (normal, no changes required);
- Make an offer request (development required);

Pressing this last button the customer will not be asked to choose address, shipping method and payment but the order is automatically confirmed with default options.
The order created will have the same details as a normal order with these differences:
- No sending any emails notifications to system administrators and the customer
- The order created in this way must have the special "Offer" status


Can you do this job and make me an offer?
