Php b2b site and database import

Ideal professional:

Experienced programmer or webmaster with advanced skills on php/mySQL (real knowledge of the code and script security) and css, ajax and WEB2.0

Desirable some interest or experience with http://sourceforge.net/projects/phpb2b/

Good understanding of b2b or relevant experience is desirable

Rationale:

I currently run a b2b website that needs a complete remake. It is functional and reasonably succesful but it lacks features that are seen in the most popular b2b websites such as alibaba, globalsources and made-in-china

I'm an enthusiast of web development but not near an expert. Searching in the web I was able to find a free open source script that is called "phpb2b" (search in sourceforge) which I managed to test (a little buggy) and assess as satisfactory for the purpose of my site

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION ABOUT THE SCOPE:

1- Bid should explain, How do you plan to import the members database and business leads database from my old site if database structure is different?

2- I dont have any fancy requirements on the design...Bid should guarantee that the work will improve the overall usability and clean any "buggy" pages that are shown. without complex interaction or modification of the base code. Just improvement to the existing and "cleaning"

3- The logo, basic install and language translations I can take care of...Bid must say How long will it take to complete...

...I only need guidance to improve the usability and have a clean site up without public reference to phpb2b (no banners or text links that point to phpb2b)

Summary of needs:

- Make a clean install of phpb2b in the domain www.analema.com
- Check for bugs and reasonably research reported patches, security issues (basic) so that the site will not get easily hacked
- Make a simple design to incorporate a corporative custom look to the site with no significative changes to the layout already proposed by phpb2b
- Map and Import the users database from somosnegocios.com to the new site, and at the same time the database of business classifieds into the relevant table of phpb2b
