Oscommerce site update, change and security check

Project requirements- At present site using oscommerce v 2.3 +paypal
• Review and test the site, application and extensions for security vulnerabilities
• Report-Patch/fix any vulnerabilities that are found
• Change dates in whole site to UK format
• Add new secure page +amend database to store medication questionnaire(1)
• Add new secure page +amend database to store + enable request repeat prescription (2)
• Add more 9 fields in product details and display as tabs (3)
• Change front page to update dynamic menutabs + links, search box, rename manufactures box to brand- add prescription, repeat service to right panel
• Add “agree to terms” to check out page
• Add prescription section/pages –have to be logged in the able to see all(filter and show only POM marked products and prices)
• Optimize site for all browsers , keywords and tags etc

Programmer must have oscommerce experience and able to give continued support to this site
