The website welcome screen is by Flash. The links between this and the database have ceased to function correctly. It is possible that the cause of this was a mistake made when removing malware, although the site performed properly for a time after this was done. A full restore has been performed with a number of backups but the problem remains. It is also possible that the server is malfunctioning.
