Experience Level: Expert
I have a Magento eCommerce site, intergrated with an inventory management software. Before moving to Magento our average pageload time was <sub 2 seconds - Since moving, our speed is now on average 4-5 seconds.
The 'Varnish' was removed due to caching with the syncing of the inventory software and a APC was added.

I would like the original speed of <sub 2 seconds.
