Opencart Programming Modifications

I am looking to get some quick & efficient help with some modifications to a new opencart site.

I have installed a custom theme, vqmod is installed & working but need someone to complete the following. See attached pdf for more details - site is not live.

1. Remove pop up product images & add cloud-zoom image magnifier extension http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?t=49205

2. Enable SEO friendly URLs (currently getting 500 server error when try - appache mod re-write is installed)

3. Change to grid view by default - had done this as per opencart forum, but has reverted back to list. Have added vqmod extension but again, list still showing as default.

4. Remove count on related products.

There may be further work as the site progresses (of course not included in this job).
