Opencart Modifications to Checkout

I am looking for a developer to work with me to modify an existing Opencart site.

Here is the site link, we want the checkout process to be even simpler, so we will be removing some steps and re-arranging some checkout steps.


A few tiny site bugs that also need fixing
On Sundays only the kitchen open/ closed script has some errors - easily fixed once you look at the code.
I want the TIME of order added to order.tpl (order confirmation)

Please provide a timescale with your quote, I also have a Service Agreement for Freelancers.

Your bid is for the features mentioned above, basically a change of checkout workflow as per flowchart.
