Open Cart Installation and development on 2 websites

Description of every page/module: I have 2 websites which are not live yet but they are completed and built. I am looking to have open cart installed on both websites and I have the following theme which I am going to using with them:

For one of the websites, the open cart will require some customisations such as:

- Customers not being able to view anything to do with the store unless an application for sign up is approved

- 3 different pricing structures. (Retail, wholesale, distributor)

- A payment gateway which can accept bank transfer, paypal and credit cards

- Shipping module through DHL .

I require these stores to be as close to the live preview version of theme above as possible. Any further questions please ask.
