One Click Pharmacy

I need to upload 20,000 products on my website's database, I need someone to copy off information from a rivals website and enter it into mine. This information about products, prices and description is not infringing on copyrights as we all get it from chemist and druggist for an anual fee.
I will provide access to my websites Admin where products can be entered into categories. Information neede to be entered into fields include manufacturer, Name, Size, Description, Details, warnings, Directions and image.
