Need to drive some serious traffic to my site!

Just launched an e-commerce store in the UAE (www.bebeetmoi.ae) and need to start getting organic and relevant traffic to the site on shoe string budget. Need some SEO magic as well use of other creative tools out there that will help me drive customers to my website (relevant so as to increase chances of conversion). Relevant traffic = region UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain. We are based in the UAE.
