Need an OpenCart developer for website amendments

General information for the website: Clothing/Dancewear Ecommerce Site
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: - The top level drop down menu is slightly misaligned (vertically), so if you use it slowly the sub-menu disappears making it hard to click on any items.

- We have up to three levels of category overall, however if a category only contains sub-categories then nothing will display on the category page. Instead we want it to have links through to the sub-categories, similar to existing sites like http://www.movedancewear.com/cat/legwear_tights/34/

- None of the categories currently display the on-page description from OpenCart. I have added a description to the top level categories but we want it displayed underneath the products, just above the footer.

- There is no SEO plugin either, or at least I am having difficulty making certain SEO changes like editing the browser title or the heading for a category without having to edit the category name.

- Facebook & Twitter icons in the footer need linking up

- Homepage links need to be added (Best Selling, New Products, Dance Gifts, Uniforms)

- There is a Wish List available in the header, but there is no way to add products to the Wish List

- Also on the empty categories the footer misaligns (goes outside the template on the right), we would like it so the footer sits within the guidelines at all times

- Change the product grid on the category page so its 3 products wide, bigger boxes for the item title so it doesnt block the picture

- Make the homepage picture grid editable - I am not sure the easiest way of doing this, is it possible that the client can update it via the backend? If thats too much work then maybe we can manage it manually for them, with changes via FTP?
