Need a quick fix for a htaccess file (live implementation and feedback)

I need a simple update of my htaccess file for a cubecart site.

Here are the rules I need updated:

# All redirections to be on 301
# Site currently sitting in subfolder /shop/ => needs to redirect to the root folder
# Homepage currently sitting at /shop/index.php => redirect to root /
# Old subfolder (/cubecart/) => wildcard redirect to homepage
# non www version to redirect to www version
# current homepage seems to be looping or never finish loading. Conf might be wrong in current file (see below)
