My eshop turned into white page! I need to correct this

I have a woo-commerce eshop . My website has now only a blank page at front. I can login into the admin panel but it is like it is an empty installation. No data. I need someone to restore it. I have back ups from the server but they do not work. I need it to be completed immediately.
I think it is a theme issue since the I fpund an error that the thee folder is missing.
