Moving Magento 1.9 multistore to wordpress Woocommerce or Opencart.

I have 2 magento 1.9 websites running on magento multistore, im thinking of switching over to woocommer or opencart and looking for a quote.

I will likely buy a pre made theme that can be customised slightly to get it right and keep the cost done .
I also need some help choosing the next platform and advice along the way.

Few things I would like to keep
1. Delivery cost by location and flat rate
2. Modern professional design
3. keep or improve my google ranking.
4. I would like to move most or all pages and categories a few products, orders and customers are not important ,
5. stripes and paypa l payment gateway option to pay deposit.
6. Mobile friendly
7. All setting ( payment, delivery options and anything else must also be done.

The move over must be bug and issue free, SEO, keyword structure must be kept or improved.
I will buy my own pre made theme if needed.
