Magento website to be designed

We currently have an active eBay shop that is doing well but our website is not being used as it is a project that was started but never completed. We have the back end completely done using magento, which is how we intergrate our eBay shop and now we want all of the design aspect created for our website, which we can also use for our eBay shop. We do currently have a 'brand', but want to rebrand completely.
