Magento website developer required to make some urgent changes to my website

What is required:

1/. I need a 1 page check out installing, something like:

2/. I need to intigrate Paypal business button, so that I can accept card payment on my site.

3/. the featured items on the home page.
The pictures are distorted (streached) I need this correcting.
