Description of requirements/features: Basically what we need done is to take off the shipping price for all products apart from if they're getting shipped outside on Mainland Europe. Can you put a small message on the shipping cart saying to contact AES directly if it's outside of Mainland Europe.
After this we want to upload a CSV file to change all prices (we're including the shipping in the price, they're all +£30) instead of doing them all manually,
