Magento tweaks needed to our website

We are looking for someone to make a few tweaks to our magento site:

1. Ensure auto image resizer is working on the site - all images are displaying at different sizes presently.

2. Ensure product / template resizes correctly in all browsers - the site looks a mess in IE and Chrome.

3. Add facebook and twitter links to the site.

4. We need to add text on the checkout to say " ONCE COUPON CODE IS APPLIED, THE CODE IS CONSIDERED USED SO YOU MUST COMPLETE THE CHECKOUT WITHIN 15 MINS" - OR please check whether there is an issue with the coupon module???

5. create specific us and europe links, so that the site changes currency automatically to USD when customers go to the website.

6. Add facebook link at checkout so customers can tell their friends they have purchased from shoeprimo.com

7. check mailchimp link is working and emails are going to the mailchimp list.
