Magento template and customisation project

I need the following Magento work completed:

1. Update my Magento website from our PSD design
2. Custom development of checkout process
2.1 The user should be able to upload between 1 and 5 photos after payment has been processed in the checkout process.
2.2 Remove Shipping address and Shipping method from the checkout process
2.3 Add a ‘special instructions’ message box, allowing the user to capture any special instructions during checkout.
2.4 A new menu item needs to be added to the ‘My Account’ called ‘My photos’, so that a user can upload photos once an account has been created.
2.5. The ability for a user to submit photos to a be able to send it to a sales consultant once photos have been uploaded and saved to the account.
