I need a Magento expert to review a site we are re-designing for a client. The site is running extremely slow, some pages take over 20 seconds to load.
I have done the obvious; enable caching, gZiped files, combined css and java. However the site is still extremely slow.
The site sits on a VPS with 2GB of RAM and the site receives very light usage.
I don't have a magento developer in the team, so although the initial budget is small there is scope for further work.
We really need an Expert on this one, so it you don't class yourself as one this isn't for you.
