Magento site change list

Hi,

This project has several parts.

1. We want to add contact forms and our chat box to the product teasers to the right side of the product pages. Can these be added through the 'Up-Selling' option as well, so we can add/remove them alongside the product teasers and change their order? We need three new boxes: 1. Chat box, 2. 'Anfrage' contact box, 3. 'Verteileranfrage' contact box. I have added a preview of what we are talking about. I have already created the forms 2&3, you just need to adjust their size so everything fits. Form 1 has the same functionality as the chat box on our main page and can use the same code. 2. We would like to remove the shopping cart buttons from the products http://www.jetzt-pr.de/presse-news-wire.html/ and http://www.jetzt-pr.de/presse-betreuung.html/

3. We are experiencing some problems inside the ordering process (https://www.jetzt-pr.de/checkout/onepage/) that have appeared after the last few projects we conducted with you. 1. The numbers for the 3 steps are way too big. These needs to be reduced, so they fit inside the orange boxes. 2. We are receiving a security message in IE and Chrome, saying that not all content is secure. In Chrome the 'https' in the address bar is in red and crossed out as well. We suspect that this might have something to do with tracking code we added to the footer of the pages

4. We want to add a new section to our main page with two parts. You can find both on http://www.jetzt-pr.de/test. Part 1: This is a live ticker from a content provider. If it needs to be adjusted, we have to do it through our account at the provider. Options are limited though. Part2: This is a 'Upcoming Event' box. The box on http://www.jetzt-pr.de/test is just a graphical representation. We need to update the content regularly in our account. That includes pictures and text. A preview of the final integration is attached. Please do this on the test server after we have migrated the first 3 parts of the projects. We will ask you to migrate this to the live server at a later point.
