Magento Developer/ Designer required

Looking for an experienced Magento developer to design and configure ecommerce site for London-based drama school to include integration with our SQL server backend customer database via web APIs. No SQL server experience required as APIs will be created inhouse. Prefer UK-based (ideally London-based) developers so that we can have initial face-to-face meeting but not essential if you have a strong portfolio. Prefer hourly rate quote with ballpark figure for initial set-up based on experience.
