Hi,

Myself and my partner are freelance web designers, I am the designer, and Joe is the developer, we are getting really busy and plan to expand this year, there is the possibility for a lot of Magento work.

I would design the PSDs bespoke and we would require a Magento expert to help us to build the theme, The designs would be bespoke for the homepage, and then use the basic 1,2,3 column layouts for the products and categories, and basic templates for the checkout styled within the theme.
nothing would be completely wacky or different.

We don't use off the shelf themes so tend to use the blank theme, for clean code and maintenance reasons.

Joe is now writing HTML semantic code for shops so this would be a bonus too, not essential as we can go through it after.

Joe has a very good understanding of magento as we have worked with this many of times, so it's to help him out with this to speed up the process's

Local would be better or within an hour from us to meet up.
In the salisbury/bournemouth/southampton, or bath areas. Not essential but we would prefer to find local people.

Please can you bid us with your hourly rates, and rough ideas on costings for theme development

- Hourly rate
- Rough costing on html & css of the templates and theme integration ( i know this is hard until you see a design)
Perhaps send us a couple of examples and the costings.
- Cost to import and set up a product xml feed.

so far we have kept great communication with our clients, so we are looking for someone really reliable, and who would keep us updated all the time, rather than waiting days for a reply.
