Magento custom elements

Description of requirements/features: Domain is www.mullersonline.co.za

There are two elements required:
- DB lookup and retrieval of customer information
- orders placed on website in physical store by store represeantative, on behalf of customers

DB LOOKUP
- on this page (http://www.mullersonline.co.za/index.php/customer/account/create) there is reference to ID number
- this is like a social security number (everyone has one)
- customer will enter ID number, and lookup is then done on the business' DB
- if there is a match, the other details are retrieved.

ORDER PLACED IN STORE
A customer may also walk into a physical branch. In this case, the sales assistant will place the order on behalf of the customer. Process:
- sales assistant logs onto store as branch representative
- creates new customer, or selects the customer from the customer list that displays
- checks last examination date and enters quantity required
- customer pays the branch in person
- order then follows the same back-end and fulfillment process as online orders
