Magento Bugs Need fixing

Shopping Cart Bug:
Order: 1105 / 1106
Have taken a euro payment today online (order numbers: 1105, 1106.) No payment went through for 1105, but received payment for 1106. Yet is is saying pending EPDQ payment. Checked the euro account and money is in there.

The problem is that they have been undercharged.. We have only received 241.41 euros (which includes 20.00 shipping in epdq) The problem is, it should be:

Order: 1051
The customer has now made the order and money is in our account. The thing is they have been charged 537.50 (thats the amount in our account) yet the order is for 517.50 so something is definitely wrong. Seems like they have been charged postage twice? order number: 1051



Shipping Fee:
CAn you remove the international shipping £20 fee from the site and replace it asking the customer to ask us for a quote.


Shopping Cart Rules:
The shopping cart rules reset themselves when you edit a product so for e.g., if i have set a wheel at 50% off and edit a category, all of the rules automatically remove themselves until i apply them again.
