Magento API and some frontend

Task ID
- API error: SQL code respond to Magento ut magento is not transferring the data to the API response. SQL code is tested separately and delivers what it should. Magento is not doing it.
- 799, customer checkout cart is not showing missing information. Guest and customer cart is not scrolling up when missing information. Customer is not having marks on missing information
- 731, Creatre rating filters (only, the others exists). Module for these filters exists, Manadev.
- 797, indicate missing parts in customer cart and fix view ports (resize screens)
- 787, previously working, now random showing is gone and only showing 3 is visible in the footer
- 650, server optimisation, in the second document

Ways of working:
All APIs are priority. They must be done first as we have a mobile app developer who must have them to work.
Immediate start and finish.
Work via github (install Magento 2.4.3 p1 via composer, THEN pull our git commit on top and start fixing, you get my DB)

You work daytime IST and/or UK time. I start at 6 am UK time.
