Magento API and frontend

Honesty seems to be a big issue with a lot of developers. Then I hear their uncle has died, they have been ill, personal problems, holidays that seems excessive for a European or American, they all of a sudden disappear, they work with 10 other customers at the same time so nothing is happening, working night when I say it should be daytime, take 5-10 times more time than what it should take(I am an old developer so I know a bit too after soon 40 years in the industry...) and more. I have never seen this many developers behaving like this. Is this really how people have become these days?

API
- 10, 11 add colours to an existing API. This is already done in some others so the code can be copied more or less


Frontend:
- 799, customer checkout cart is not showing missing information. Guest and customer cart is not scrolling up when missing information. Customer is not having marks on missing information
- 731, Create rating filters (only, the others exists). Module for these filters exists, Manadev.
- 797, indicate missing parts in customer cart and fix view ports (resize screens)
- 787, previously working, now random showing is gone and only showing 3 is visible in the footer

Optimisation:
- 650, server optimisation, in the second document

There are banners also, but do the first jobs above and you can do the rest also.

Ways of working:
All APIs are priority. They must be done first as we have a mobile app developer who must have them to work.
Immediate start and finish.
Work via github (install Magento 2.4.3 p1 via composer, THEN pull our git branch on top and start fixing, you get my DB)

You work daytime IST and/or UK time. I start at 6 am UK time and finish 5.30pm. You cover those hours to 90% so I can test your code and communicate. No night work and no "after work" coding.
