Description of requirements/features: We are currently getting an error when we try to re-index our magento 2 website... type:
php bin/magento indexer:reindex
but we get an error message back: There are no commands defined in the "indexer" namespace
We have been told its a fairly simple fix, but need to get this fixed asap
