Lottery bonus ball website

I want to set up a site which allows people to bet on a lottery bonus ball....basically you choose your stake then the numbers will come up on a grid you choose your number /numbers and pay then wait for the result.As each grid is filled up then another fresh grid takes it s place.........my domain name is lotterybonusball.com I realise I may have to host this domain outside the uk..but that is a matter for later on..and maybe something else you can help me with thanks colin its possible i could link this to a charity.which might make it viable to host in uk...who knows
