Problem with BUY NOW button not generating:
1. email to confirm their order
2. A "thank you for your order" message on the website / progress to new web page
could be a SMTP error
Orders are being generated in the back office, however multiple orders are created through repeatedly clicking the BUY NOW button (as there is no confirmation)
to fix the above
