Joomla site with e-commerce, video & photo upload

Hi developer,

If you are looking for an interesting project - You should bid for this project.
However, only very experienced developers should bid for his job.

Background: We have the design, processes, content ready - all you need is to convert the PSD file into Joomla system, install VirtueMart 1.5 and insert the content.
Other technical specs include:
- Allow user to upload video via Youtube - cut & paste the URL in there profile. However, link to video should not display on the site automatically. Once the video link is added, the site should notify site owner and if approved, the site will display the link to relevant video
- Allow user to upload the photos. However, photo should not display on the site automatically. Onced the photos are loaded, the site should notify site owner and if approved, the site will display the photos

What you don't to do:
- You don't need to integrate payment gateway
- You don't need to upload all products
