Integration of CCBill payment gateway into existing site - URGENT - closes Friday PM

We have an existing adult website where models pay to have a profile on the site for 30 or 90 days.

We originally had the site designed to accept payments via Paypal, but now that is not possible, and instead we will be using a payment gateway from CCBill. We have set the pricing points and created the payment form in CCBill website, but we are now struggling with the integration into our SQL database. When submitting the registration form, data should be stored in our database and the user transferred to the CCBill form.

We need that if payment is successful on CCBill, the profile becomes 'live' instantly and then deactivates after 30 or 90 days. We would like an automated e-mail to go out to the models shortly before expiration. If a profile has expired, models should be able to login and renew their profile.

We need bids from people with proven track record of integrating CCBill specifically, with examples we can see. Our existing database has a 'Active/Deactive' status in the admin area for each profile, and expiration date which we can manually override.
