I need to find someone with Magento Knowledge to complete a job

General information for the website: Sell Furniture
Description of requirements/features: I am looking for someone with good knowledge of Magento to help complete my website.

I have had a website created by a small company who completed 98% of my website to my satisfaction, but prior to completing the designer accepted a fulltime job overseas, I cannot get hold of him and he is no longer replying to my emails. Yes he has been paid in full - More fool me.

I only need a few minor changes to be made to my website - www.indiwood.co.uk

CHANGES NEEDED
1/. The contact us number on the home page reads (+44) 115 8491 471 - I want it to be 0115 8491 471
I want to know where this info is - so in the future if needed I can change the company number.
2/. Home Page - Browse by catagories - at the bottom of the page do not link to product pages - need correcting.
3/. I need the site to be optimised - with meta tags, etc - non currently in place.
4/. Any other suggestions you think need to be made to the site - for it to start earning me some money
