I need my magento site homepage changing to a .ai design

General information for the website: General Ecommerce Platform, where people can buy and sell for free
Description of requirements/features: The requirement of this task, is to change the homepage of my magento website. I have a design in illustrator which i would like to be transferred into the homepage of my website. I have attached images of: the current homepage, the images i want using and my initial idea of how it want it to look.
The website is carbootsale themed. (carbootsaleonline.com). The new theme will make the slider redundant however in its place i want the cars in the image to act as links to other pages when clicked on. Where they will be slightly animated when a mouse hovers over them.
There will also be future magento work needed, so an opportunity for a steady stream of work.
