I need a professional Magento theme building from my PSD design

General information for the website: We sell Adult items
Description of requirements/features: We have installed magento and all modules needed using the basic magento theme, we now need someone to build or PSD theme onto the magento store.

We only want high quality work so please look as the attached images to get an understadning of the design.

We need a fast turnaround on this project, there is a lot more work for a good magento developer after this initial job as we will be developing the site a lot.
Specific technologies required: an Excellent knowledge of magento.
Extra notes: All aspects of the theme need to be created as blocks that can be easily managed in the Admin Panel this is a must,
